Steven R. Martucci Has Joined CoMetrics Partners LLC as Principal.
Steve specializes in helping clients through operational and financial transformations, identify opportunities to create or improve competitive advantage, optimize organizational and operational structures, define and execute on a growth strategy, identify areas to increase value of the overall enterprise, enter into strategic alliances, acquisition activity or merger — from operational optimization and finance transformation, to systems design and organizational competence models, and processes across multiple functional areas. He has developed a set of value based outcome methodologies to drive achievable results. From building operational and corporate functions to taking companies public his experiences are unique, hands-on, value driven and successful.
With a wide array of experiences and roles (CEO, CFO, COO, CAO, Tax, Treasury, etc.) during his career he has developed his own “best practices” methodologies that can be applied to just about any company. Previously he served as the Global Management Solutions Practice Leader within KPMG’s joint Advisory, Tax and Consulting practice. In that role, he had responsibility not only for serving and advising the firm’s most prestigious clients, but also for providing leadership in the development of new products and services that address the rapidly changing needs of clients across all industry segments. He served on the Firm’s Leadership Team both nationally and globally
His background is based on the technical experience he gained from working in the preeminent National Office of Ernst & Young where he was heavily invested in by the firm in the areas of audit risk, tax, enterprise operations, value measurement and IT infrastructures. His most recent experiences have been as trusted advisor to several privately-held companies where he lead the strategy and operational transformation to drive efficiency, competitive advantage and growth, and expose value-based opportunities. His responsibilities have included leading the impact of a major financial transformation, and driving the growth of the business whilst at the same time maintaining profitability, protecting company brand and delivering high quality service.
